By accessing this website, registering as a consignor, or shopping at a Closet2Closet event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

GENERAL

Closet2Closet (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates as a temporary consignment event. Participation as a shopper, consignor, volunteer, or partner constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

• Consignors retain ownership of all items until sold. 
• Closet2Closet acts as a sales agent on behalf of consignors. 
• Prices are set by consignors through our consignment management system. 
• Closet 2 Closet retains a commission on sold items to cover event and operational costs. 
• All sales are final once an item is purchased.

ITEM ACCEPTANCE & CONDITION

• All consigned items must be clean, gently used, and in good condition. 
• Closet2Closet reserves the right to refuse any item that does not meet quality, safety, or condition standards. 
• Items subject to recalls, expired safety guidelines, or deemed unsafe will not be accepted for sale. 
• Closet2Closet is not responsible for manufacturer defects.

DROP-OFF, PICKUP & DONATIONS

• Consignors must drop off and pick up items during designated times. 
• Items not picked up during scheduled pickup times will be handled according to the consignor’s donation preference.
• Donated items will be given to local charitable organizations.
• Closet2Closet is not responsible for items left beyond scheduled pickup times.

PAYMENTS & PAYOUTS

• Accepted payment methods include cash and major credit cards. 
• A processing fee may apply to credit card purchases. 
• Consignor payouts will be processed after the event within the timeframe communicated to consignors. 
• Closet2Closet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

SHOPPING POLICIES

• All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. 
• Shoppers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase. 
• Closet2Closet is not responsible for sizing, fit, or compatibility issues after purchase.

EARLY ACCESS & PRESALES
Early shopping access is a benefit for consignors, staff, volunteers, and approved presale ticket holders. Presale tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Closet2Closet reserves the right to modify presale schedules or access requirements.

HALF-PRICE SALE

• Discount eligibility is determined by consignor selection. 
• Items marked eligible for discount will be reduced automatically at checkout. 
• Items not marked eligible will remain at original price. 
• Closet2Closet does not guarantee availability or selection during discount periods.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

• Closet2Closet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, though reasonable care will be taken. 
• Participation in the event is at your own risk. 
• Closet2Closet is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the event.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Closet 2 Closet and may not be copied or used without permission.

EVENT CHANGES OR CANCELLATION

Closet2Closet reserves the right to modify event details, schedules, or policies, or to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, reasonable notice will be provided.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
